Hah and I saw a day or so ago on reddit. Akin to "Omega has ramped up production so the Snoopy is now commercially available and easily obtained at OBs" Good thing I didnt run to my nearest OB

Finally, no Snoopy moonSwatch.
Sotheby's auction instead.

Does anyone know how much those sold for by the way?

Not sure how accurate the reports are that this just means that it is now on off catalogue piece.

Did Omega not give their word that everyone who paid a deposit will get a Snoopy?

I checked with Omega HQ just now. The Snoopy is not discontinued and there are no plans in doing so. Why that email got out is a bit unclear (an ecom thing or just a glitch?), but the watch is still in production.

Thank you for clarification 👍

Fratello Watches confirmed with Omega HQ that it's still in production, apparently a "faulty email" was sent yesterday.

Something's strange about that mail, things like that don't happen randomly as a "simple mistake".
They may be preparing people for something that eventually will occur.

It will definitely occur. That shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone, and I think everyone has been prepared to not get one since early on in the production cycle.

Mistakes in Comms happen all the time. They’re just people at the end of the day, despite the high prices of their product.

Good thing I didn’t listen to the doomers and kept visiting my OB. Just picked up a snoopy now that nobody is asking anymore! /s

A good news for all who are still waiting one, a bad news for the others 😀

I always love mine...

Honestly I love this watch and have been lusting over it for years, I don’t have one yet but if I did I couldn’t care less about rarity or secondary market value, I would just prefer that anybody who wants one could get one, like all my watch purchases I have zero intention of getting rid of it in the future and would much prefer it was readily available rather than value retention, but that’s just me.

The Guardian?
Seems to be the new swatch snoopy release.
Swatch teasered Snoopy with a birthday cake with two candles. 26th March 2022 was the first Moonswatch release.

Whether that is a Snoopy Swatch or a Snoopy Watch, that is a pretty cool marketing campaign 😎
