I dunno what omega is planning, but def not a good sign that it’s removed from the internal catalogue. I feel if this was going to be a permanent part of the collection then they would announce that and continue to tell OB’s to take names for the lists, which obviously they haven’t done either. Anyway, all speculation at this point.

TBH I think OBs find out about things maybe a week earlier than the general public. ADs probably find out even later.
Omega tends to be pretty tight lipped about everything.

Price going up to €11,500 on Feb 1st. Will likely bump up secondary I’m guessing.

You happen to know what's the Euros price now?

Gulp.

That graphic sure brings home the scale of those many price increases.

I did something similar for the price rises here in Canada on some key Omega models since 2019-20 -- but it quickly became a depressing exercise and I wasn't sure I'd ever keep up...

Can't believe it happens again so soon.
Yeah, as someone who doesn't care about the market prices the new RRP of 11.5k just feels too much for a speedy personally.

It's actually from watchbase.com, I only don't understand how they know the upcoming price increases.

Funny enough though, the Snoopy has never gone up in price since it was launched in Canada.

Apparently, there is a price increase for all models coming in Feb for Canada, and I assume Snoopy will be included

The question then is, will they really continue to produce it and we can hope about an under retail price one day or will it be discontinued soon and then paying it on the grey a 17-18k will be a good price

What’s interesting in this thread is that the Omega boutiques have clearly been coached to say the same but contradictory things

- the list is closed and we can’t take more names
- everyone will have a chance of getting one
- we can’t promise how long it will be in production
- it’s no longer in the internal catalogue

What can we be certain about?

- lists are indeed closed or exceptionally long
- no one knows how long it’ll be in production
- the secondary market price will only go in ONE direction if it is discontinued

Life is short. Try your best to get your name on a list and wait patiently. And in the meantime, be smart and buy it on the grey market and enjoy it immediately.

I would not consider buying on the grey market to be smart lol.

If you dont get it, oh well, move on. In the end its just another watch.

I absolutely want one but I’m certain that if this Snoopy is discontinued then there will be another and if you put a deposit down on day one you will be sure to get the call.

Cheers Guys!

I was in an OB, in late Dec last year, they had one for another customer.
And the price at that time was 11170 USD, I also got sign on the list - so maybe 5-10 years...??😉

Happy to report that when I got mine last week I did not have to pay a different price. My original deposit was for $9600 and that is what I paid (plus tax). Also, in the US, the price is still $9600 on the Omega website. Looks like there has been no price increase in the US.
