In Spain at least they are serving more pieces than ever.
Delivering now to people interested in april 2021.
I think Omega will satisfy the demand eventually.
In my opinion, it's all part of the masterplan: First expectations, then business.

That's a really great news ! Hope is back

Fingers crossed! I'd love to have this bad boy in my collection for generations, regardless of resale value

Reached out to my OB and no news. I'm close to giving up on this watch and canceling.

After waiting two years with no positive feedback, or seeming interest, from the OB would discourage me. Omega really screwed the pooch with this watch; a novel design concept but unable to fulfill the demand, even after two years and counting.

There is some damage control that will need to be done, depending on the fallout. Who knows the future, my only hope is they enjoy the pain of low sales from most of their product line due to an economic downturn. I can only hope, a company goes back to the basic and cares for their. Clients. Time will tell and pretty sure I will be wrong. But I will never again buy a Rolex or an Omega. Neither of them define luxury and there are better brands for a lot cheaper price with unique products. I will continue to wait, but will gravitate towards other brands even if I really like the small seconds seamaster rose gold or the 321. Take care.

Tend to agree.

I cancelled my original order (with deposit) a while back, only to receive a follow-up from my very conscientious AD letting me know that they had been informed that they could keep my place in line "for free."

A year or so on, and here we are. I no longer think there is any actual prospect of the Snoopy arriving, and according to my AD the handful that did make it to Canada were strictly allocated to the Vancouver OB. They had 10 paid orders, a waiting list of 40, and a second waiting list of who knows how many.

So, yeah.

But for me it's less about missing out on a nice Speedy, since I already own and love the FOIS and an older model, and more about how the rise of "watch culture" has driven prices up and accelerated the move of waiting lists and what we vacuum tube lovers used to call "unobtanium" products downwards.

More and more I'm looking at just-vintage or other brands that seem to do more interesting things with less of the frou-frou and pomp -- took the proceeds of my Snoopy deposit and put a downpayment on a tiny parcel of wilderness land on a lake. Sold off my SMP Diver and AT and bought a great little Zulu Time and Sinn U50 Pro I actually dive with, with plenty to spare for a family trip back home to the UK and Bologna, and so on and so on. Is there a delta somewhere there in overall owner pride and daily use value? If there is, it ain't deep.

Maybe there will follow a correction in the market, and maybe more accessible and interesting things will emerge from the fracture patterns, but I will never again sit around for years waiting on a halo watch.

I'm in Canada and we only have 1 OB on the West coast, so it makes no sense to trying to get one. I have a deposit at my AD in the GTA and have given up hope and thinking to get my deposit back. The last 2 years have been an absolute embarrassment and have totally turned me off from Omega and can't see myself buying another one. Rolex plays AD games yes, but don't take my money for 2 years with zero information on delivery.

I'm still living in hope of getting on a list for one of these so the last thing I need is celebrities promoting it! 😲😀

Been seeing a few Omega Snoopy posts pop up on Reddit lately from people on the OB list since 2020, gives hope that lists are still moving!

Earlier in the discussion there was someone posting pictures with custom straps. Can anyone share the link. The watch strap to me is useless. Thanks in advance

Registered 1 day after the announcement with OB, Oct 6 2020. I was recently told 6 years. That would be a total of 8 years even though I was there on day 2!

And yet I see people receiving theirs after waiting a year or less! What's going on?

How about you link the poster and a picture….there is 255 pages and I don’t want the strap 😉

I think it's the OBs way of telling you to give up...that amount of time is way too ridiculous

It's been 2 years and counting. I find it beyond the pale that Omega (and the OB) still cannot tell me when to expect delivery of the watch. It's time to move on and take my monies elsewhere. This is not what I expected from a luxury brand. Good luck to everyone still waiting for the watch.

It is infuriating.

Stopped by OB for some totally unrelated and they said good timing, they got a surprise for me. Gotta love that after sale service
