I been looking at these too and was going to get the Mk1 version before they start creeping up in price and then came across the 40mm SD 116600, love the look of the anniversary one though that 1 line of red txt just makes a difference

I am considering camping outside in a form of gentle, silent protest. But it would be a years-long gentle, silent protest.

Congrats, you lucky Snoopyistas! Verily you bring hope to the world of the waiting.

Damn, that new Snoopy is a beautiful watch. Congrats to those getting one.

I had a conversation with my OB manager today and it appears that HQ has told the boutiques who will be getting a Snoopy this year. Unfortunately, I did not make the cut. Considering I'm in the middle of the pack regarding purchase history out of the 30 fully paid deposits at my OB, it sounds like the Snoopy is going to be a very slow rollout. I plan to stay put for now, but who knows what will happen before my name comes up.

How are HQ deciding based on purchase history?

Are the OBs feeding customer purchases back to omega ? Otherwise I don’t know how omega know or how they are choosing customer priority.

If you buy from a boutique, your purchase history is in their computer system and visible to HQ.

I don't really have a clue the exact criteria they are using. I was told awhile back that it was based on purchase history, so I guess HQ has a way to tie at least some purchases back to buyers. The whole situation feels a bit Rolex like except for the fact that Omega already has my money.

Just saw this. By allowing Watchfinder (in the UK) to use the Omega logo and state that it is an “Official Omega Certified Service Centre” do you think Omega is condoning it (Watchfinder) selling the Snoopy At £22k?:(

Madness. At that price, I’ll have an aftermarket white Daytona instead!

You could buy a Daytona anytime w/ this price, but not anytime to get the Snoopy;)
    I guess that's the debate

Maybe for the 45th anniversary Snoopy. The 50th is not "limited"

Maybe if it was limited, it would be easier to get.

A new release or a big drop of Snoopys to the OBs?

I read it as more Snoopys so hopefully I get a call soon from my OB, but I didn't buy my lone Omega from a Boutique so unlikely for me I guess...

    That would be great.
My OB estimate is 2022 at the moment.
I doubt mine will be allocated earlier, but never say never I guess.
Btw OB doesn’t know the allocation criteria.
It’s not really clear to them and it’s not only based on how much you have spent at the boutique or with omega in general.

Cheaper than Chrono24 or eBay!
