Sorry for asking, but what is your wrist size? I don’t have big wrist and I took a risk putting a deposit on this watch. I do have a Rolex 41mm DateJust and 41mm Oyster Perpetual and those fit me perfectly.
It’ll fit you well then.

Yes definitely it looked like that in the metal and less like in the Omega official videos. It could be the light as I didn't see with natural light.

I could live with the 321 hehe. Actually I'm on the list as well for the Ed White, but the list is much bigger and I'm nearer the back than the top.

thank you!

you can always stop by an AD or OB and try on a Speedmaster. That’s the best way to know if you will have a fit issue.

Am I alone who prefers the 321 Ed White to the 50th Snoopy?
Sorry as this might not be the appropriate thread for this question.

No you're not the only one, I was guaranteed a Snoopy but I don't like the look of the watch so have passed, but if I get the chance of buying the 321, I am on the list, then I won't hesitate to flex the plastic and make the purchase.

For fans of Snoopy, the 50th anniversary watch is a must have, but I am not a fan of Snoopy and the overall design of the watch isn't for me, so I have passed.

Big speedy fan here with quite a few vintage and LE pieces... I do suffer from FOMO when it comes to Speedmasters and if they released the watch on/ around the 5th October, I would have definitely bought one... but I think my interest has passed. Mainly because of the dial... I just can't get excited about it. The case back is cool, but not enough to resolve my mood. Anyone else glad for the 'cool off period'?

I have a 15 cm wrist. The speedmaster (on a nato) wears smaller than my 42 mm Tudor Pelagos. The snoopy strap goes down in a 90º angle so it wears even smaller.

I’m also on the list for snoopy, but on the fence, for the money saved on a snoopy plus sell my ST#2, suddenly I can afford a 321.

Mind you, that’s assuming 321s become available, plenty of time to ponder I guess!

You can't go wrong with either, go with what you like the most after you try both on your wrist. I personally think you need to have few speedy to appreciate 321 more. Another point you may consider is they may discontinue this snoopy by 55th anniversary, I don't think they will stop the 321 in the coming 4-5 years at least.

The 321 is a catalogue watch with no end date on production, there is no limitation other than by the number produced each year which is small when the numbers are spread across the globe, so the 321will be there for the foreseeable future.

I think that the Snoopy is a bit of a marmite watch, you either like or dislike, I am firmly in the dislike camp which is a shame as the last anniversary model was awesome but this one just doesn't scream buy me.

Not sure why I need to have a few Speedies to appreciate the 321 though.

Well, a simple answer is you will at least realise the differences between 321 and a normal speedy lol...it's all about the history, the legacy behind the movement and maybe even the brand. I am not saying that you can't only have 321 in your speedy collection. But the price tag could be an issue if you are just looking for one "normal" speedy-look watch. More importantly, I was only saying that you would appreciate 321 more if you have already collected a few speedy. If you are not a die-hard speedy fan, you won't collect a few speedy, just my little cents.

Well thanks, but if you don't mind I will ignore your pearls of wisdom.

You know absolutely nothing about me or my watch collection, so I would respectfully suggest that you stop telling people what they need to do to get a watch that they want.

I don't mean to be personal, far from disrespectful mate. You asked me why, I explained to you my thoughts. Maybe it would be better if I don't use "you" in my reply. If I offend you somehow, my apologies for the misunderstanding!

Try rereading your reply to me and you will see that it is very condescending, and that is what has annoyed me.

The reality is that I need to do nothing that you have put in your reply, all I need is for my local boutique to get the watch and my name to in the frame for that watch, if it looks good, feels right on my wrist and I have the funds, then I will make the purchase.

Other than that, apology accepted.

Reading it again, I understand what you mean, don't worry. I should have checked it before I posted it. Thanks for your understanding. I hope you will get the watch sooner. I love it myself, and it's the keeper for me.
