On first blush, but ultimately not an AP; their straps faster via the two center links (rather than lugs, or a large center link, which appears to be the case on 44’s)
Maybe the Laureato Absolute?
Really good guess. Though, I can’t find any Laureato that appears to have the sun-dial at 3 o’clock with such prominent minute indices at the sub-dial’s quarters
