OB specific watch?

Is there such thing as OB specific watch / available only at boutique and not at AD? (some limited editions, museum collections????) or the other way around (only at AD, not at OB), or no such thing, just curious, please enlighten.

I think the "city" editions are only available at the boutique in that city.

i did not know that until now such a city editions exist
so far i can find only for 3 cities yet, paris, zurich and dubai
curious to know if any other city editions are available
