A very interesting straight lugs Speedmaster pilot watch, certainly looks like some aficionados & connaisseurs had their saying for this one !

Let's remember that for a certain period Lockheed A-12 CIA-pilots (1963-1968) wore the bespoke David Clarkson S901-E pressure suit which had a special pocket to hold the crownless Accutron Astronaut GMT pilot watch (battery-powered tuning fork mechanism).

Thanks for posting, this was very interesting. I did not know that the SR-71 Blackbird had a lighter, single seat brother called A-12. The A-12 designation was the internal kode for the twelfth iteration of a design internally called "Archangle".
