NYC Watchmaker or Service Shop

Can anyone recommend a watch shop in NYC to do a routine service on a Rolex Air King from the late 90s?

This is a family heirloom from my late grandfather so I would like to take someone who specializes in Rolexes/has had history of working with Rolex watches in the past.

You can do a search to find that this exact question has been asked many times before. Unfortunately, I don't think that there has ever been a really strong public recommendation for a good independent Rolex watchmaker in NYC. It might be best to send PMs to locals and ask offline. Since the watch is modern, RSC would probably be perfectly fine.

This is in the wrong forum BTW. There is a Rolex sub-forum.

you can also reach out to some of the NYC sellers. If not mistaken, there are a few dealers on the sales forum located in NY. Also Analogshift is NYC based, they've always been responsive when I've asked them a question.
