NYC Rolex Service Center

Hi team,

Does anyone have an email address for the NY City Rolex Service Center? I've tried looking on line but keep running in to a requirement to contact my local Rolex dealer. I did, and they provided an address but ignored my questions on packaging and insurance. Last time I sent it in I recall being instructed in great detail on how to pack it and address the box as well as what the insured value should be. I think I recall instructions on what kind of tape to use.

Anyway, I'd like to iron it out with the center before sending mine in for routine servicing.

Why send to RSC? Is it vintage?

You know they kill vintage, right?

Its a 15 year old Sub (16610). Options are slim where I live. For a standard servicing, RSC is my best option.
