Numbers on case backs

Here's a question for all the extreme research geeks. A while back I posted about some numbers engraved on the back of my Ploprof (see photo). I had assumed that it was some kind of inventory number for a dive company. I now think that it's something else entirely. I have seen similar numbers on other Ploprofs, and there is currently an Anakin Seamaster on ebay (photo) with a similar number. What I have discovered about all these watches, based either on conversation with sellers or extract is that they were all delivered to Venezuela roughly around 1972. I'm now thinking that the number may relate to the Omega importer or retailer in Venezuela. There are about 5 examples I've found. Any thoughts or information appreciated.

I have been told it is Salvador Cupello. I think they are still going.
The omega passion Ploprof site mentions them in relation to SM1000 imports.
