A guy who had worked 30 years for Omega and who is now a certified vintage Omega specialist.

Beautiful, can't go wrong with a clean dial and sharp case!

Another pic of this orange beauty, that doesn't have the wrist time she deserves!

Refinished

I took it to my regular watchmaker in Paris who sent it to one of his specialist who used to work at Omega but I never could have his name directly as obviously he did not want to be by-passed. When I asked him the last time I dropped him some watches for service he told me he was not working anymore with him because of bad experiences he got with him lately... This is unfortunate because the job he did was really nice :'(
Is “refinishing” the process of removing the old cracking peeling clear coat and then cleaning the dial and applying new clear coat? Do you know if they remove the applied elements on the dial during this process?

I’d be happy to let it use my wrist, which happens to have spare wrist time available😉

A pair of 321s..

The "Seamaster" on the left, is that a CK 2451-7? If so, is that bracelet original to the watch and is it a No. 12 BOR?

I have a 2451-7 that is very similar to yours. The indices are the only thing that differ as mine are more triangular:

I'm ashamed to admit... I have a knockoff Omega BOR bracelet right now but I want to ameliorate this discrepancy and find a bracelet that would have been original and shipped with the watch.

Thanks!

Who certifies vintage Omega specialists? Is this like WOSTEP or an Omega certification?
