No Date Connie References?

Thinking about a vintage Connie and wanted to see what references were available in a no-date configuration other than the 167.005. I keep waffling between a 168.027 with dauphine hands or a pie pan with no date. Just wondering what the options are for the latter.

[BTW, I believe that the 168.027 is a c-case with a date function.]

There are so many Constellation references without dates. Check out the below thread for some ideas. It has a pretty comprehensive list of Constellation references.

Some of the older Constellations such as 2648, 2652, and 2852 are popular.

If you like 167.005, look at ref 14900. Same design but probably not as popular since it doesn't have a quickset date function in the older movements.

Cool! Looks a lot like the 168.007. Earlier movement I'm guessing?
No. Same cal. 551. Omega simply changed in-house numbering system around 1963.

No quickset date function needed in a non date watch 😀

Another suggestion for the 14900, but be careful when shopping for one. There are a significant number out there with faked cases from Asia. I believe that Desmond's blog has an article about how to distinguish between real and fake case versions.

Whoops! You're right. Completely slipped my mind. I was thinking about my 14902 compared to my 168.005.
