I was very lucky I suppose in my single dealing with him, several years ago, for a bubbleback -- everything went smoothly at the time. I wonder what causes these guys to complete some deals and scam on others?

I guess they'd try to amass a "bulletproof" reputation in order to scam multiple people at the same time (imagine if he did the same thing to 10 people, we would be talking about 80k for instance...)

That actually happened with Jason Latif back in 2009 on VRF. Sold off his Rolex collection to multiple buyers. Based in London and laid off in the finance crisis, he planned to start over in Australia. The british police acted swiftly, though, and arrested him and seized his passport. Took a couple of years, but finally I got my money back for the 5512 I paid for but didn´t get.
