Perfect size for me but the dial is refinished. Is it gold plated?

 

Looks like plated. Doesn't say. Can ask. Not refinished in my opinion.

 

I would also say not refinished. Do you have more photos?

 

More photos would help, including case back. Is it a sei tacche?

 

My smallest watch is 28.5mm. I only wear it when I'm wearing long sleeves shirts. It negates the smallness.

 

The seller isn`t very good at pictures, but here are some more from the ad. I also
assume the dial is original.

 

There are so many beautiful and iconic watches from the past that are too small for me to wear but I still get tempted on occasion!
