Having gone from having no Omegas to 2 in the space of a month (Seamaster GMT Great White & 2019 Moonwatch) I'm on the hunt for the next purchase. I'm torn between the 50th given the year that it is or the 35th anniversary which for me is one of the most striking LE. Any opinions welcomed

I have two opinions. 1, you should post photos of the two watches. 2, You should get the one you like best and not give a s**t about what anyone else thinks.

Do share what book that is. Looks great!
It's the booklet that comes with the Moonwatch case candy. It's got some great photos. Here's another one

Bummer, was hoping it was a book I could buy. My speedy was purchased with the famously boring red "pleather" box

I suspect he meant that you should post photos of the two watches you are considering, not the two you already own. 馃榿

The Panda dial 35th is what I would get too. A great looking watch. You can get the 50th later 馃槈

I would choose 35th over 50th at any time. 45th as well!

I'm with JamieG, watch72 and rominvicta on this one. The 35th hands down.

35th walks it, IMO. Still one of the most beautiful Speedies (tho I could do without the date on the dial) and looks more like the watch it is than the event(s) it's commemorating. And you have my admiration for the breakneck speed at which you're accumulating desirable Omegas!

I would get the Gemini IV first, then the 35th. Doubt I鈥檇 ever get the 50th...

(**My Gemini and 35th are both mods)
