The pricing on that is ludicrous.
Come on, of course if you take the material the price is ludicrous. But this is true for every strap or bracelet. If the strap is good and you like it, you can wear it a long time and then the price is ok.

I'm not just considering the price - I'm comparing it to other offerings in the market like those from GasGasBones or Kizzi. If you are going to charge a price that is more than twice one, and a third more than another, your product better be better than either too. And I'm not seeing that.

Just picked up the strap from a local Omega AD here in Cincinnati, Ohio...they had to order it but it only took a couple of weeks to arrive. I really like the strap...very sturdy. 馃憤

An endorsement of a Velcro Speedy strap from @Mad Dog! All the proof you'll ever need :-D

I ordered mine a few days ago, and I received it today. Pretty fast, and the free shipping was a bonus. Strap quality is great and fits real nice.

I think I got gypped a little, however. I got the case and felt pad, but no strap changing tool. Has this happened to any other US buyers?

A couple of my friends each bought one. One with a small wrist... here is the result. *note- he typically wears an omega nato strap on the last hole.

Just trim the end off with some kitchen scissors... It'll be fine 馃槣

Out of interest, what do you like most about this particular strap?
I sent it back it鈥檚 crap. I鈥檃m searching for a good nasa Velcro strap but I don鈥檛 like the big font on the omega one.

Nice review, thanks. Looks good! The risk with these (for me) is if the material is on the thicker side, where it passes and returns through the loop it's quite thick. Also the tip of the tail, ends up sticking out if it's at a too 'bendy' part of my wrist.

No problem. I promise I don't work for Omega, but a. it's less thick overall than a NATO and b. the tip ends up at the base of your wrist 馃憤

Regarding your friend with the small wrist and the result pictured above...I believe he mounted the Speedy near the middle of the strap...

...which can result in this...

Instead, mount the Speedy near the buckle...

...which should result in this...

Yes I was wondering the same. Box and strap only. No changing tool this time

Do someone have this one?
Yes. Really good strap and my daily wear. Work in computers all day so wanted a strap with low profile and this fit perfectly. Just got the Omega Velcro strap and its too rigid for me.

Haha thanks! That's quite reassuring. Also I know who to blame if it all goes wrong 馃榿
