Lots of people here will love to help you; but it's always good to do a few basics. Introduce yourself, for example. Let us know if you're interested in buying this watch, what the price is, etc. Share your own research so far.
For what it's worth, the watch looks pretty legit, with a sharp case and the correct winding crown. Caseback scratched badly. Dial patina would turn off many of us here. But I'd wear it... depending on the price. For more opinions about correctness, we'd also want movement and inside caseback pics.

·The watch is currently on an auction site. I have bought furniture from the auction site before, but not watches. Current bid price is $60, but has several days left. Unfortunately they do not have any pictures of the inside.
My research indicated real, because the star on the dial appears similar to othe real ones, the crown has similar edges to verified real ones, and the back appears similar.

I would buy it so long as it wasn't silly money, not sure what the US market is like but if here (NZ) under 500 would be a bargain.

I see nothing here to indicate a fake or a redial. Without pictures of the inside, it is impossible to tell if the movement caliber matches the case reference. That being said, I would be willing to take a chance on this if the price was right. Prices on decent examples run between $1,000 to $1,500. Maybe a little more for for the rose gold markers and medallion and somewhat less for condition issues like the dial and scratches on the caseback. Don't forget the cost of a service is going to run at least a couple of hundred dollars. .
The question here is how much would you discount for not being able to verify that the watch is totally correct?
