Going by the (partial) serial number it should be a CK2998-61.
Case has been polished.
The chrono hand is lacking the bent-down tip which could suggest it is a later service part rather than original period OEM.
The subdial hands are not original. Their shape is not correct for period OEM.
Picture comparison with a 2915 & a 2998-3 below (OP's watch in the middle).
Spot on for the version CK2998-61 - I was leaning that way from 101 and MWO (need to spend more time there)
Any idea what the leaf hands might be from?
