Update to my earlier post;

WatchObsession sent me a comparison of the 'True Blue' ISOfrane and the 300m:

Looks good to me (sorry for the thread hijack).

The Isofrane is a great, well-made strap. I love mine, but it’s a thick, straight-end strap that fits a bit differently from the OEM and has a very distinctive look that IMO suits my Doxa more than my SMP. Not a dealbreaker but worth noting.

Thanks for the heads-up - I think I'll consider for a while longer.

Out of interest - are you a diver, a whisky fan or an Orcardian (or maybe all three!)?

All three -- though I left the auld hame for the new world some years ago...

Evirist bands sell a quility rubber band with adjustments to integrate the original buckle.

It is made for rolexes but I saw a few examples of it being used on speedys, and the reviews say that it works well

I know this is a Seamaster thread. Earlier I posted my affection for Zealande and mentioned I ordered a second for my 16610. It arrived:

Nice!

Edit: Since it's a Seamaster thread:
