·We don’t yet know if he is racing to 200 just to sell. I think the mods should wait until he posts his first FS, and only then then set fire to his farm.

·It took me 10 months of intermittent log in to reach the 200 posts required before able to sell an item.
I read many many interesting posts in that time & on some of those I did comment with a one word answer, the odd “wow”, “beautiful” etc as other than showing my appreciation of a piece, I did not have any fabulous insight to impart.
When I hit the 200 I did have a PO 2201.50.50 to sell, but felt that it would look as if it was the only reason I was on the forum, ultimately I p/x’d it rather than advertise on here. “I am now suffering massively from sellers remorse). I wish I had sold on here, my remorse would still be there but at least it would be with a new owner & not a jeweller.
This was in part due to me not wanting to be that 200 post guy. As fwiw, a poor opinion of me by OF members would make me feel less than.
I agree with some previous posters, let the 200 happen & then make a judgement call if a FS POST swiftly follows.

I've been thinking if I would want to sell one of my watches here on OF now that I am over 200 posts, but, instead of selling one, I just bought another watch a few weeks ago.
I seem to be going in the wrong direction if my goal is to downsize. 😀
