No need anymore for my crude mock-ups with the steel bracelet馃榾...first photos of the blue dial Railmaster with SS bracelet posted on instagram (Michael Pearson from Timeless, also includes a video)

I think it looks pretty cool on the bracelet, but still need to check-out live to confirm that this will be on my list for 2018馃榾

Oh wow! I didn鈥檛 know there鈥檚 a blue dial version of the railmaster! I鈥檒l definitely keep an eye out for it!

Apologies for dragging up an old thread. I鈥檝e been thinking about pulling the trigger on a new RM for a few weeks however I鈥檝e been a little unsure on the size.

I wanted to see if any RM owners out there have any thoughts on how it wears as a daily watch. I鈥檝e tried it at my AD several times but only few a few minutes, not really enough time to convince myself either way.

Of course wrist sizes/tastes vary but was interested to hear opinions.

Can't help you with the RM but I will say that when I have been in an AD or boutique to try a watch on, I have only bought it if I instantly love it on my wrist. Anytime I've been uncertain, and there's been a few, I've never bought the watch then or later. I figure the reasons behind that uncertainty might cause regret in the future. I don't have any regrets about the ones I loved instantly and bought, the oldest of which I've had for over 11 years now and still wear all the time. I'm a big fan of going with your gut feeling, and not just with watches.

Good advice right there.

The Railmaster is a great daily watch. I have had mine for a about a month now and it looks and feels fantastic on my 6.5 inch wrist.
It鈥檚 comfortable all day and is very understated too. Actually no one at work has even mentioned it. Perfect in my eyes.
At the weekend I wear a Planet Ocean and am extremely happy with my little combo of Omega鈥檚.

Side by side with the 36mm older version compared to the newer on the right. The older version was more comfortable and classic, but the dial on the new one is pretty cool how it plays in the light. The main draw back for me was the faux vintage patina look. I just have a hard time with it on new watches

The new model is nice but prefer the older version above over the new one 馃榾
