That could be very cool. In potential.
60th anniversary of Bond could be a re-issue of a seamaster from 1962, obviously similar to the trilogy they did a few years ago but with a mod motif on the dial. They already have the case and tooling for that and could be the way the films go. I’d love the new film to be a 1960’s set film and you can reintroduce some of the old Cold War stuff.

I would just like the 3861 Speedmaster with a Hesalite crystal and applied dial logo (as opposed to painted) with an exhibition back.

The can do it. why not give us the best of both worlds?

I've said it before in this thread but if they shave a few mms off the thickness of the ploprof I'd be all over it. Such a cool watch I just don't know if I could deal with the thickness

An SMP 300 ditching the HEV and sizing down to 40 would really get my attention(and likely my money).

I've been waiting for a 42mm dark side of the moon since forever. Love the DSOTM, but I cannot wear 44mm+

Well, I'm becoming pessimistic that we'll see anything new at all. "James Bond Day" came and went with barely a nod from Omega. I'd love a Speedmaster w/an adjustable bracelet or the 300 ( or even the 200 ) reissue. But, October is waning fast......

It already wears like a 40 thanks the twisted lugs and is the HEV that bad?

I may be the only one but I would love to see the Omega Seamaster 300m back to 41mm and with sword hands instead of the skeleton hands.
What do you guys think?

What's happened to any commemoration piece for Apollo 17, 50 years since we were last on the moon. That's the last chance for any Apollo anniversary watch for awhile, I'm surprised Omega is letting that pass. But they have really cut back on these special pieces the last few years.

I think others have expressed the same opinion about skeleton hands so you're clearly not the only one. Personally I like them.

I'm kind of indifferent to sword or skeleton. I can go either way.

In regards to new releases, it would be really dissappointing if the only new release for the second half of 2022 was the new X-33.

Basically, the Bond NTTD in ceramic (no date, no waves) and 42mm would be a killer piece.

I love the current case size and architecture. It fits my wrist, wonderfully. However, I'd really welcome some sword hands. While I really like the look of the skeleton hands, during the day, I tend to wear my watch when I sleep or have it next to my bed. It it easier for me to see the time this way without popping my glasses on or tapping my phone. The skeleton hands really do deprive the watch of crucial "lume real estate" - a problem the sword hands would fix. This is really my only, minor complaint about the Seamaster 300m

I think they just went too far with all the limited editions. So now they are a little more careful. Having said that it doesn’t make sense to miss this very key Apollo anniversary. Still time in the year though!

And without faux patina too?
