Was just thinking about this yesterday and I came across
this epic thread where the OP made the case for it.. makes a ton of sense to me. Omega really needs a wearable true GMT, and the watch market needs a true GMT alternative to the GMT Master II that is 40mm or less, under 13mm thick, with a rotating 24-hour bezel. It really makes sense that Globemaster is the perfect template for it. I'd love to see it available in a variety of classic dial colors - black, white, blue, etc. My only amendments to the design pictured below (from the thread linked above) would be for the bezel numerals to use the Futura font from the OMEGA logo and the minute track of the Aqua Terra. I'd also take the existing Globemaster fluted bezel design as inspiration for the edge of the rotating bezel. Give the people what they want, Omega.
