路I thought the dial was dark blue but it is nice at the end. Great job Omega!

I am focusing on the Omega 300m range, as this thread is about an Omega 300m range offering, and one without a date. 馃お
As stated, if they can offer both (they do), why not here as well? Going on your statement, it would seem that the date complication would be more popular, and therefore a better seller. Confounding.
If they were to move from limited editions to numbered editions (as with the new sailing Speedmaster thing), It would probably be fairly easy to make small batches with date/non date options... I'd imagine that if I've had that thought (and it could help them sell more watches), someone at Swatch group has had it too...
This may be a silly question but what is the purpose of doing numbered editions? The watch isn't limited, so then why number it?
Or even more so the non-Americas cup model.
Wish they would have taken the opportunity to further differentiate it from the black Seamaster with a different color Seamaster text and seconds hand. Maybe blue or yellow would have been interesting.
also, if they would just put sword hands on something like this they would probably sell 5-10x more of them
