·I can’t wait to see one - I wanted as blingless as possible, the matte dial and brushed hands seemed perfect.

·5th Ave got a Nekton in this week and asked if I wanted to come check it out.
In person the bezel is not as blingy as it might seem, but it does still have the unfortunate effect of making the watch seem larger than it is.
On the other hand the grey dial and brushed H/M hands plus full red seconds hand look really great in person and really does a lot to distinguish it from the black dial/bezel version. Would love to buy one of these and find a way to fit the regular black bezel on it.
I'm a fan, I was expecting the bezel to make the watch look different but the dial and its colour also further adds to the watch's distinction.

On the press pics I hated it on bracelet, but your real life pic I think I’ve changed my mind. Has the look of the tantalum model about it - without the price.

Agreed from the promo pic the bracelet looked like it wouldn't work, but this pic is suggesting something else. Although I'd need more pics to come to a conclusion.
I personally don't like the 300M bracelet, and I think the rubber strap brings more balance to the Nekton. I didn't see it in person, but I think the bezel having a similar color to the bracelet makes it feel a bit bigger than it is.

I was thinking the same, I wonder if the OB would just sell a bezel if it's for a slightly different model?

·They're already starting to hit the secondary at ~1k off, so that might be the way to go. Buy one used, then get the bezel replaced?
