Considering how crazy Omega has gone with their pricing lately, I'm surprised this is priced nicely. Really good looking IMO.

This is rad, and I love the Nekton connection. Probably not enough to get me to trade in my Ceramic Seamaster, but it's awfully close.

Maybe seeing one in person will change my mind, but this one does nada for me aesthetically. 🙁 It's not an unattractive watch, but...eh, I'll have to see one in person.

But that price..... I guess I'm still amazed where watch prices have gone in just the last few years

the bezel gives me a Yachtmaster vibe.

I'm getting a Blancpain Fifty Fathoms vibe...

Or a Chopard LUC Pro One diver vibe...

i don't see it as an inspiration from other models so much. They already had similar style models in the past: omega-seamaster-diver-300m-21060422099001-l.png

Amazing really, they are 100% capable of building coaxial watches without date, and yet they insist on putting the date complication into everything but the limited editions....

Quite taken with this on rubber and I like the Nekton link but what’s the extra £££ for?

They are capable; look at the non limited Railmasters.

Kinda bummed it doesn't have an exhibition caseback but I have to say it's a nice looking piece.

The vast majority of the general public prefers watches with a date. That's why most watches have them (unfortunately).

The platinum bezel perhaps?

Lovely. Maybe I’ll go the poor mans route and add a red second hand to my non AC, ( whilst I save up of course to by this one! )

Sorry - my bad. I meant titanium. I suspect that may be the answer however

If that bezel was platinum i think it would have added another 1k on top 😜

Indeed.

what’s not clear is that the price (which is on the website) is including the 6% rise in the U.K. coming up next week. Pretty stupid to put a watch on the website not released with a price that doesn’t exist so hope that’s what it will be.

Guess we will have to wait a few more days to find out.
