New Members, Question Marks, and Avatars

By my count tonight, there are 18 avatars with question marks on the first of the Latest Posts page. To the new members, might I encourage you to change it to a picture that encapsulates you, pull up a chair, and stay a while. Your watch knowledge will increase, and speaking as a newer addition to this great group of people from around the world, you’ll make some new friends that will become a part of your circle of people you look forward to seeing quite frequently (even if only on here and from a great distance).
