Hello,

I am a new member from OF. My name is Ricardo and i live in Luxembourg altough i have Portuguese origins.

I started collecting watches in 2023 only and discovered i prefer vintage watches.

In my collection i have:
1951 Omega Seamaster;
1958 Longines Conquest Calendar;
1965 Zenith Captain;
1945 Universal Geneve.

I attach a photo of them (sorry for the bad quality)

I also have a Quartz PRX and a Yema Rallygraf for daily wear.

Thanks for having me and happy holidays.

Ricardo

Nice collection. Is the bracelet on the Seamaster an Omega bracelet? It has interesting links.

Welcome to OF, the original one. Been a decently long time forum member, but only recently became more active when I dived into vintage watches. I occasionally posted needing valuable info and insight from members. But then as I learned more and gained knowledge in my own research, I felt that I was able to contribute.

Nice one 😅 from my part only started collecting watches in 23’ modern ones but when i first bought a vintage one April 24’ i immediately felt something different and ended up selling most of the modern ones. Since then i also tried do educate myself about historical brands, reading a lot, searching to know more about watches in general and now i find myself even knowing about case makers, dial makers, etc.. and i feel this is the great enjoyment of vintage collecting.
