Hi all. I've been active in the forums for the past few months, but decided to make a proper introduction in my 200th post. Living in Tirana, Albania. Need a bit more than a year to reach 40 years young. I've been seriously into watches for exactly 1 year now. Before that, my father was into watch collecting and dealing for almost a decade, and even though I didn't catch the bug earlier, it somehow must have stayed dormant. Have collected a few pieces over this year, some good and some meh, some with very decent prices and some overpriced, but it's all a process. This forum has helped immensely and most importantly, has made me focus and understand what I really want to collect. You'll probably see me around asking if a watch is worth purchasing, maybe trying to help someone while admitting I'm a novice myself, and now that I passed the threshold, I'm thinking of selling some of my pieces. Just for posterity, this is the state of my collection. Have a few more that couldn't make it to the watch box.
Didn't even realize from our communication on your other thread that you were relatively new here on OF. Wonderful collection and welcome! Seconded!
Albanian! So… how many languages do you speak? I had a colleague from Albania. He was fluent in 6 or 7 languages. Nice watches.
Thanks all for the kind words. I wish! I'm fluent in English and Italian. Maybe a tiny bit of French too from junior school. A man of culture. Funny episode.
Hello GuiltyGear, Welcome to you, nice and complete collection. You already have more posts than me .
We're glad you joined. It's been nice having you around the Forum. Great box o' watches you have there!
Thank you. Most of my posts are asking for opinions on a purchase It's a small country (less than 3M) but it feels like there's albanians everywhere. Thanks, appreciate it.
Very nice collection with different styles. A watch for every occasion! Congratulations on a productive first year!
