New Member - De Ville 2608-13 SC Assist Please

Greetings all. I have been on the hunt for a proper dress time piece. I just expanded my search to Omega and found what is listed as a 1950 2608-13 SC. Item description says it has the rare Spider Lug. But my search on a De Ville says they are 1960-1969. The time piece is a little pricey but the description states it is show room condition. I know it had a full rebuild using no aftermarket parts.. .or what they state.
Does this look like a legit model for 1950?
What should my red flags be for my search? I don't trust eBay and happy to pay the extra for a sorted specimen but do not know where the scams are.
