I can see a watch dial again! I might even be able to set one without a loupe!

I made the choice to use the same lenses for two years, progressives using the Varilux X lens, which is good but expensive. I wanted to get Legacy Pro but my eye doctor has a new affiliation, and I don't want to lose him, so I suck it up. It's Varlilux or nothing.

Probably why the optician retired again... he had nothing to do!

I can sympathize for sure. The other day I was at a service where we were reading from a book aloud and had to pass because there was no way I could focus on the text.
