After way to much looking and reading I finally felt ready to make a purchase, so here's my new acquisition.
I'm hoping you'll all agree it looks legit and worth the expense? Other than there been an issue with the date mechanism I can't see an 'obvious' issues.
The watch came on a less than attractive steel and gold bracelet which will be replaced with some nice leather when it returns from service.
Please let me know your thoughts.......be gentle with me 馃

Don鈥檛 panic because I鈥檓 not sure (not wearing my 168.004 today), but is that the right case back? I may be mistaken, but I think that the 168.004 has the case back with the observatory medallion that has the brickwork on the dome?

Panicking on hold for the moment!
Does the dial all look ok to you?

Looks like Shabbaz gives it the thumbs up. I鈥檒l concur. By the way, this reference in stainless steel looks spectacular with an Omega beads of rice bracelet. I have a 1503 on mine.

only the later .004s have the brickwork observatory ( the ones that overlap with the .010s)
Excepting solid gold ones of course.
