It's interesting that their own website shows the date window inconsistently (original unframed novelties photo, and framed renders of the individual watches all on the same page). Sloppy marketing effort IMO.

T tdsbarSome delivered to my local AD today. Hoping to see them tomorrow. Apparently available to put “full deposit” down but won’t let you pick up until early next month.
It's a shame that Omega is copying every Rolex step.

Looks like this was corrected now. The new AT's have the date frame on the renderings.

Hi
It’s of great debate if they are actually copying the brand with the crown.
However, Omega are not copying their accuracy… my submariner would gain 1 minute every month. My green Seamaster after two months has gained and lost small amounts and has actually not lost any time whatsoever!
I am truly amazed by the Omega product and my next acquisition will be for my daughter when she finishes University.
You just have been lucky. It's pointless to stablish general conclusions for a single unit.
Don’t think luck has anything to do with it… my wife’s Rolex Datejust has the exact same accuracy as- gaining one minute a month.
if one is referring to myself having one watch, I do not care one bit. I worked very hard for that one watch and wear it with pride and I am over the moon with the accuracy. Having more than one watch does not impress me… integrity and honesty does.
Regards
Nicolamilton is referring to your sample size of 1 watch being used to judge the accuracy of omegas versus Rolexes as a whole.
Thank you for interpreting his comments for me. Maybe he is a big Rolex fan…
Alternatively, perhaps he's just a big fan of a critical, procedural testing approach for making assertions.
Based upon his profile picture and a sample of his posts, seems like he's into speedies.
Anyway, I'm quite proud of my single Omega and quite happy with its accuracy, but not worried if that accuracyis greater to or equal that of another luxury competitor. Before getting this Omega I wore a citizen ecodrive for over 20 years and if I was concerned primarily about accuracy I'd just put it back on.
The Omega says something different than thr citizen. I also think Rolex is overrated, and like Omegas.
He (nicolamilton) is a strong supporter of Rolex's distribution policy and brand. quite criticizing Omega as a brand. You can check all this in the Spanish-speaking forum relojes-speciales
I did think that! My tale of woe did not end well with Rolex. I did put up with the accuracy and to be fair to Rolex they have built a very strong PR reputation.
I literally left that brand because of the unethical approach to me, I already had a 16610LV 2008 and was going to purchase the 116610LV. However their demands (withholding a warranty card and the signing of a document, to give them first chance if I sold it) at AD level and even at the headquarters, left me with a bitter taste and purely on a point of principle I left the brand and will never, ever return.
What has amazed me is the accuracy of my Green Seamaster and I did not think for one minute that it would have been as accurate. It is and for me and my family, I will purchase only Omega in the future.
