Just acquired this new Seamaster yesterday afternoon. This is my fifth Omega, but the first I’ve purchased brand new from an AD. Great experience, even partially limited by Covid, and I’m thrilled with the watch. Still dead on accurate after 24 hours on my wrist.

Anyway, since the whole point of such “incoming” posts is photos, here goes:

Have a great day all

Great looking watch...enjoy it. I’m about to pull the trigger on a rubber strap 300 and trying to decide white or blue. Any comments ??

My personal choice is blue. It's absolutely gorgeous but white is hot as Hell right now so take your pick.

I’m dying to try one on but I’m worried about it’s size. I have a 7” wrist — what size are y’all’s wrists?

My wrist is just under 7" and the SMP is a great fit, especially on the rubber. Very stable with no overhang. Easy to forget I'm wearing it, until the light catches it (and the light always catches it).

I still can't decide daily whether to go rubber or ss? The rubber is definitely more comfortable, you forget you're wearing it.

Here's the white dial with both rubber & bracelet options on my 7" wrist.

Both options fit nicely and look adequately proportioned. I'll second what's been said above, on the rubber it just disappears, it's honestly so good.

The white dial looks awesome on black rubber, personally, I think it needs the contrast.

Thanks everyone, and thanks for sharing your own Seamasters! For the person who asked, I have a ~6.5 inch wrist, which is fortunately pretty flat. I can just pull the 42mm Seamaster off. It wears a tiny bit larger than a Speedy Pro.

Here it is again with another couple of divers from my collection that are right at my size limit:
