Need Urgent Help on Vintage Omega Dynamic III Chronograph

Hi! Recently i just got a good deal for a Vintage Omega Dynamic III Chronograph, after some times i just notice that the Crown aren't really tight , and sometimes just pops out from Close position.

i dont know if the Omega Dynamic III i have might have a busted Crown Tube or is it the Crown that gave up the screw threading in the crown
i wanted to replace it, but i think i needed the Part Number for this, or it can be replaced with generic Crown Tube?

If you can check on the img below, does it suppose to have threaded crown or is it just fine?
