This is my suggestion for a wife, but you have to consider that I have simple tastes.

 

My wife absolutely LOVES her Heuer - she has a long association with the brand (pre-TAG), beautiful blue mother of pearl dial, high quality diamond bezel, and she doesn’t have to wind it. Dress it up, dress it down; out to dinner or out on the boat. She wears it every day, everywhere.

That's cool. Glad your partner shares your hobby. I didn't even try showing her anything with diamonds. She insisted on a black, industrial diamond for her engagement band.
