    Your watch?
A watch for sale you're considering buying?
Do you have any pictures of the (inside) case back or movement?

One of the most fragile types of cases of Omega watches. The lugs bend and break easily.

Are you sure about this Statement? I saw a lot of Seamaster De Ville, Ref.166020, 165020, 136020 and 135020, and owned quite a few and never heard or experienced this issue. Maybe some Watchmaker can chime in, happy to learn more.

This Watch is probably a Ref.165020

I'm very sure of that statement. These are the Norman Morris American made cases made by Jonell, Ross and others. I've owned many. I know from experience that a simple band change can bend or snap the lugs.

Okay, thanks for your reply. I'm more used to the Cases made in Switzerland so maybe there are some quality issues with the American made cases. Didn't knew that.
