·Those lumed hour markers are 100% genuine. I’m not saying the dial is, but the markers are not a cause for concern themselves.
I'd use "100% genuine" lightly - I know about the lumed markers but I don't think this watch has them, I think it's light reflecting from the indices in the photo
Most common tell for redialers is the white paint, they love painting things white, and white paint on Omega's are kinda rare, non-existent on some models
Lumes are soft-white at best, this is very glossy white
With this said hands look lumed instead of painted, so it's a bit of a mixed bag
