Not sure if this is the correct place to post so please advise me otherwise if needed and apologies if so.
So I’m restoring a Longines Ref. 4915 (37 mm) from the 1940s with a 12.68Z movement.
The original hands were damaged by a previous watchmaker, and I am looking for a donor watch or movement that has the correct oversized blued leaf (feuille) hands (hour, minute, and small seconds).
Key requirements:
Oversized case (36–38 mm) so the hands are the correct length (small 30–33 mm donors won’t work)
Hands must be thin blued leaf style, not batons or dauphine
Willing to buy just the handset, or the movement/dial/whole watch if necessary
If you have one, or know someone who might, please PM me.
Happy to pay fair value plus shipping (UK-based, but can do international).
