Need help with a Dennison

Finally opened and got decent photos of my grandpas Omega.
Using this site (https://serial-number-decoder.co.uk/omega/omega.html) I got the year of the production.
I couldn't find any similiar websites for Dennison watches though. I'm wondering if such database exist or if not is there anyone that could tell me what the number on the case back mean.
Any help would be appreciated

It’s a model 13322 dating to circa 1947. Search Dennison on here, there are several threads discussing them.

That’s because Dennison doesn’t make watches, they make watch cases.
