Need help to define an antique Omega watch model

Hi there!

My wife inherited an antique Omega watch from her grandmother. I wrote to Omega with a request to help identify the model, but received a reply stating: "Unfortunately, this service is currently unavailable, we are unable to fulfil your request at this time."
Perhaps someone here has enough expertise to assist me with my question?
Would be great to find not only the model but also the year of manufacture. According to online databases, it appears to be from the 1920s.

Photos attached.

It seems to be from 1923 approximately. As for model type I think that there was no model type around at this time so it is just an early Omega watch. Enjoy.

As noted above, it would have no model name as they do these days, simply a "Ladies Omega".
I date the watch to around 1928 based on movement and case numbers.

Movement is a caliber 19.4 S 15p which Omega introduced in 1924 and produced in 46,800 pieces up until 1930.
Note the unusual (for Omega) click and click spring.

The case may have been made for export as the usual "Fab Suisse" text appears to be Cyrillic (Greece? Russia?) and the
Poinçon de maître (hammer with handle makers mark) is not identifiable.

Yes, the action takes place in Russia.
