Need help: Reference of crown & crysal of Omega 168.004 Jumbo

Hi fellow OF members.

I would like to replace the crystal and the crown of my Omega Constellation 168.004. It's the jumbo model with the hidden crown.

Would you know the reference of the crown and the crystal?

Although slightly larger than a standard Connie (at 35mm, by a whole 0.5mm) the 168.004s are not really known as jumbos, as this is a term usually reserved for the significantly larger Connies (37mm) sold in The Far East.

Unfortunately, the original hidden crowns are no longer available new.
Omega now only do ‘expressed’ crowns which protrude from the side of the case.

Even these are omega account holder only access nowadays.
