Found this with several vintage watches. It appears to be the Omega logo. No name anywhere. The inside only has a 25 Jewel stamp. The second hand is not attached. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dunphs.

This is most definetely not Omega, as you said it yourself, the movement has no signature and one of the two symbols on the dial remooootely reminds one of the Omega symbol. This dial and the case are therefore also not Omega.

If this has no personal significance to you (you didn't mention if you found it in a shop or amongst the belongings someone you know), it should not have much value. The movement seems to be somehow intact but I don't know if a watchmaker could use this for parts as I don't know where this movement comes from.

Best,

Rudi

The logo looks more like a “C” turned on it’s side than an “Ω”.

An attempt to deceive. The movement looks like a generic Swiss automatic, but not Omega.
