·I think it is a reference 14745, they came with different dials and I have seen yours before. I has a unishell case so dont try to open from the back, it has to be opened from the front (dont try it yourself).
This is from the Omega vintagedatabase (they came in gold also and different dials, only one version is typically shown in the database)

·Well the mystery has been solved. Below is the correct information about my watch. As suggested I took it to my watchmaker and this is what we found.
Caliber: 552
Serial number: 17220317 1959 production
Refrence Number: 14745 1 SC
