·Yes, counterfeiters would never copy a trademark or a hallmark would they 😉.
It's a well know counterfeit from the 1950s/1960s, very prevalent in Europe. It may have a reasonable movement (AS1130 et al) so any watchmaker could service it if you intend to wear it as a memory item. Any other form of restoration would be a waste of time and money.
Your Grandfather wore it and obviously liked it, so put it on your wrist memories of him on special days.

I think the big clue that’s it’s not gold is that it’s corroding horribly and will turn your wrist green if you wear it! Grandad probably paid pennies for it on holiday so wasn’t too bothered.
