··Omega Qualified WatchmakerProper name is "pusher stem for chronograph" and this slides onto the operating lever. Part number is 320 1757.
Part is readily available from Omega, so the parts houses should be able to get one for you (if you act quickly).

I think the arrow is pointed to the wrong pusher as the zero action is the issue. I presume I need the 320 1758?
