Need help identifying authenticity.

Hello,
I am new here and just came across a vintage Omega watch but I am not sure if it is authentic or not. The mouvement doesn't show any numbers except for the number of jewels engraved on the rotor. I will attach some pictures

Even without any photos, I'm guessing the rotor is hiding the numbers.
