Need help identifying a watch

I am looking for some assistance identifying my watch. It was my great grandfathers and I don't know anything about it and I haven't been able to find one like it online. I am curious to know if it is worth a restoration. Thanks in advence.

Very nice and desirable model. Go very slowly with any restoration, with the exception of having the movement serviced.
