Need help identifying 27mm 1950s omega

I bought this years ago at an antique store. There was little info at the shop just “restored 1950s vintage omega”. Every so often i try to find more about it. I’ve found similar models but none like this one. The odd numbers are dots....which i thought was...odd. It was restored so the case is not original. Any help would be appreciated.

Badly repainted dial. 3.party case ? Is there anything Omega at all ? Need mvmg picture. Have it opened and take a pics.

"Restored" often means that the dial is repainted, which is the case here.
